Joseph Faragi
CEO
Balancing risk with return opportunity has been the driving force behind Mr. Faragi’s successful career as an Investment Advisor, and separately, in selling insurance related financial products. He draws from a diverse set of skills cultivated over his career in the investment, financial and business arenas and distinguishes himself in identifying, analyzing, and valuing applicable financial or investment products for high net worth clients.
Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for high-quality investment and financial products, Mr. Faragi is the CEO of Faragi Group Retirement Solutions LLC, an Investment Advisory firm, founded in 2011. There, he uses his financial acumen to develop an asset allocation model that incorporates hedging against inflation and adverse economic conditions. One of his strengths relates to his experience in recognizing unique market opportunities, especially during periods of disruption and change.
In addition to his Advisory business, Mr. Faragi is insurance licensed and applies his belief that people should secure at least a portion of their wealth with options that are geared to preserving their family’s lifestyle after retirement and beyond.
Mr. Faragi has a Bachelor of Arts, with Honors and Distinction, from Monmouth University, and an MBA in finance from The University of Southampton. He currently resides in Lanoka Harbor, New Jersey, with his wife Carla, and their son Nicholas. Nearby to their Son Luis and his wife Melissa in Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey.
Paul Levy
Operations Manager
Paul joined Faragi Group Retirement Solutions LLC in 2018 as the Director of Marketing, and reports directly to the CEO. Before joining the Faragi Group Retirement Solutions LLC, Paul was national sales manager with London Fog where he was responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing. He later went on to own and operate his own consulting firm before getting into the insurance business with Bankers Life. Paul has a unique set of listening and communication skills developed over the past 30 years, and is well suited to helping clients achieve their retirement goals. Paul’s approach has remained constant over the years, always keeping the goals of the client at the top of the priority list.
Paul is currently licensed in the State of New Jersey to provide Life and Health insurance, and has additional certifications in Long Term C are. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Arizona State University.
Paul lives in Manchester, New Jersey with his wife of 46 years Cindy. Their 3 daughters, Rebekah, Rachel and Jessica are all married and living in Virginia, Connecticut, and Massachusetts and each has a boy and a girl, giving Cindy and Paul 6 grandchildren.
James E. Leader Jr.
Manager of Delaware Location
James joined the Faragi Group Retirement Solutions LLC in 2024, to open and manage Faragi Group Retirement Solutions LLC’s newest location serving the great State of Delaware. His career has spanned decades in the finance industry as he genuinely cares about his clients and their well-being.
He has a unique ability to listen to and disseminate information from his clients and match their needs to the appropriate solution. He understands how important it is to plan for retirement and embraces the opportunity to build the financial security that all families deserve.
James and his wife Beatrice love life and live quietly while enjoying music, good food, and their children, every day.
James has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona.
George Filis
Director of Marketing
George joined the Faragi Group Retirement Solutions LLC in 2024. His career has focused on helping customers focus on their financial goals, helping them build financial security for their family’s future.
George as an independent Life Insurance agent, sold policies for Transamerica, Mutual of Omaha and Penn Mutual among many others.
George lives in Forked River, he has 4 children living throughout the State of New Jersey and 5 wonderful grandchildren.
George graduated from the C.U.N.Y., Baruch College with a Bachelor of Business administration.
Carla Faragi
Office Manager
Carla And Joseph Faragi have been married since 2001, and Carla has been an integral part of the Faragi Group since its founding in 2001. She currently serves as office manager for our headquarters in New Jersey as well as our Satellite in Delaware.
Carla’s organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to client service have been essential in supporting the Faragi Group and ensuring clients receive top-notch care.
Carla has two sons, Luis, and Nicholas, and has made Lanoka Harbor, New Jersey, her home, where she resides with her husband, Joseph Faragi, and their son, Nicholas.
Melissa Faragi
Client Services
In 2024, Melissa became a valued addition to the Faragi Group, assuming the vital role of maintaining client services and relations under the guidance of the CEO. She is deeply involved in diverse tasks, including meticulous data collection, insightful data analysis, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
Beyond her professional contributions, Melissa is a passionate Sign Language Interpreter, backed by an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) degree in Sign Language Interpretation.
Originally from Robbinsville, Melissa calls Little Egg Harbor home since 2021 alongside her Husband, Luis Faragi. Together with their two dogs and one cat, they form a warm and loving household.
